Lyndsey Madden, Physician of Eastern Medicine, L.Ac

Like many Eastern Physicians, my personal health journey and challenges led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through proper nutrition, acupuncture, herbology, self-care, yoga, Qi Gong, meditation and other holistic healing modalities, I have completely transformed my health and well-being.

My mission is to empower and serve others to help them connect with their own self-healing and wholeness. I sincerely believe TCM is a sacred medicine and I am committed to helping bridge the gap between ancient traditions and modern science and create a more cohesive integrative medical community.

I am proud to say that I have completed thousands of hours of theoretical and clinical training in 5 ½ years of Chinese/Oriental Medical School, in addition to supporting hundreds of patients during my clinical internship. During my schooling I was fortunate enough to study under world renowned Taoist masters and Physicians, where I also learned Qi Gong and basic Tai Chi.

My main areas of interest are women’s health, nutrition and digestive health.  I am also very successful in helping patients with physical pain. I am a Board Licensed Acupuncturist Physician in the state of California (L.Ac, MSAOM) and am also certified by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM)  in Clean Needle Technique.

In addition to my medical training, I have completed over 500 hours of Tantric Hatha Yoga in Thailand and Los Angeles with an emphasis on asana, pranayama, and Hridaya Meditation. I have also completed training in ThetaHealing.

Traditional Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga, meditation, and 8 Treasures Qi Gong continue to be favorite forms of self-cultivation.

I look forward to helping you on your healing journey. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Blessings,
Lyndsey
