In October I was lucky enough to be the acupuncturist for the first ever Integrative Clinics International Women In Medicine Medical mission to Jamaica. One of the most profound and humbling experiences of my life. It certainly made me a better healer. I will be joining the team again in July 2020. The first ever Women In Medicine trip for ICI

We saw over 400 patients the last four days as a crew of 18 women! Heart blown open ❤️ 💛💚

Cupping was a hit!

Our team set up clinic at Tuff Gong studios in Kingston One Love for sure. Jamaicans are simply the warmest, mostly loving people I’ve met yet. One Love for sure.

Our team of doctors who worked so hard, and practice with endless compassion and care. I was so impressed by this team.

A treatment with a view. I had to get VERY creative to create treatment space. Somehow each spot was serene and smelled of essential oils.

Our team of nurses worked so hard, and brought endless enthusiasm and joy to the trip.

Stickers are always a hit. We saw over 100 patients in one day at Nine Mile School. What an experience.

This wonderful woman, Felicia, has been organizing the @icihealth trips to Jamaica twice a year since 2011. She has also known me since I was just a wee kid, being one of my mama’s best friends. I am so grateful to her for giving me this experience.
