Jamaica Agua Fresca
This is as simple as it gets. Make a fresh batch of tea with filtered water and jamaica leaves or hibiscus tea bags. Add honey or maple syrup to taste. Let it cool. Add fresh lime juice to taste, and store in fridge. Serve over ice. This also makes a nice base for a margarita.
Rose Salt:
This is totally an unnecessary step, but I think it really adds to the presentation. I sun-dried some rose petals from my garden (make sure no pesticides are used!). Once they were dry I crushed with a mortar and pestle. Combine petals with sea salt and use for rim.

Salt your rim. Add Casa Amigos Blanco over ice, and the juice of one lime. Place a lime wedge on the rim and enjoy.
