Lyndsey's Apple Cider Vinegar Immunity Tonic

8 oz Filtered Water (room temperature, or slightly warm)

1 tbsp local honey (or monk fruit, stevia, or xylitol)

1-2 pinches cinnamon (to taste)

1-3 drops ginger oil or fresh ginger root to taste

2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Juice of half a lemon

Optional: 1-2 drops of OnGuard
